Ted J. Palmer

Mr. Ted J. Palmer is a graduate of the Northern Caribbean University where he read for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. After completing his studies at the Northern Caribbean University he pursued his legal studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. While studying at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus he served on the Guild of Students as Vice-President and Hall Chairperson (Sir Philip Sherlock Hall). Mr. Palmer obtained his Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in 2018 and was called to the Bar in the same year.
Prior to joining LAC, Mr. Palmer served the United Nations Development Programme in Jamaica.
Mr. Palmer has a passion for sports, cooking, music and playing dominos.
